The Luxurious romantic getaway or a small family vacation home, the brand new rental villa in Manuel Antonio / Costa Rica, is located on a private road just one block from shopping, restaurants, and the bus line to the beach.You may also wish to go into town to breath in a bit of tropical flare and enjoy the nightlife that Manuel Antonio has to offer.

The Bali design will astound
The house has 2 air-conditioned bedrooms in the main house with extra sleeping space available in a fan-cooled loft and separate air-conditioned mini home just 5 meters away. This villa was designed to embrace an indoor outdoor lifestyle and to create a central living space that brings the outdoors inside. The layout and open air doors allows guests to enjoy the surrounding nature without the need for air conditioning.
The main living area and kitchen open up to the outside deck with sliding gates to create an inside/outside large open-design. A gorgeous dining set is on the deck, surrounded by a beautiful garden and overlooking the plunge pool.
The bungalow has a large bathroom with a large stone tub and the half-bath is next to the 2nd bedroom. A full kitchen is included and an optional private chef can prepare scrumptious tropical meals right in the house for you. An open upstairs loft has a king bed. The house is impeccably furnished with designs from Bali in the South Seas to create a tropical country decor usually found in much more expensive vacation rentals.

Payment policy
- 50% to reserve
- balance due 30 days prior to arrival
Cancellations
Deposit may be refunded if cancelled more than 60 days prior to the dates, a $300 fee will be assessed.
If cancelled within the last 60 days of the the dates a refund is only possible if the dates are re-rented by another guest for the same amount, if re-rent for less a prorated amount may still be refunded after the $300 processing fee.

Beautiful villa in a lush tropical setting!
The house itself has a lot of character and was very comfortable for our family. The rooms were spacious, the shower was great, and the washing machine and dryer worked well, which was very useful during our stay. The air conditioning also worked properly and helped cool the rooms down in the evenings.
The dipping pool was just the right size for the kids to cool off and have a splash around. The separate casita was also very handy and gave us extra space.
We were travelling with an older family member who could not join all of our trips and activities, but she was very happy spending time at the villa. Because the property is so surrounded by nature and greenery, she never felt like she was missing out and genuinely enjoyed relaxing there.
Communication with Andre was excellent throughout the stay. He was always friendly, quick to respond, and very helpful. He organised the first grocery shopping for us before arrival, helped arrange taxis when needed, and assisted with activities and local recommendations.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay in a beautiful setting, and we would love to stay there again in the future.
