Luxurious villa with Panoramic ocean views

This Awesome Villa is up in the mountains above Flamingo, inside a gated community called Mar Vista. You drive up through the hills, everything’s green and quiet, and then you get to the house and there’s just… the ocean. Right there. Stretching out forever. It takes a minute to adjust.

The house itself sleeps 16 across five bedrooms and somehow manages to feel like a home rather than a rental. The main living space is open and relaxed — good sofas, a big dining table, a kitchen that someone actually thought about. Nothing feels like it was chosen from a catalog just to fill space.

That kitchen though. Huge island, real appliances, enough room for a few people to cook at once without driving each other crazy. And there’s a door behind the island that opens straight onto the outdoor dining area. Which sounds like a small thing until you’re actually there and you realize how much it changes the whole rhythm of a day.

The pool is the center of everything. Infinity edge, looks right out over the Pacific, and it is genuinely one of those views that makes you stop mid-sentence. Around it there are daybeds, a covered dining area with a big table, a grill, beanbags — it’s all very “we’re not going anywhere today” energy. Which is fine. Great, actually.

Bedrooms are all solid and comfortable. The master opens onto the pool deck and has a soaking tub and an outdoor shower, which feels like a ridiculous luxury until you use it and then it just feels necessary. The casita out back is a separate little guesthouse — king bed, its own sitting room, small kitchenette, and this big floor-to-ceiling window with views of the hills and water. Perfect for whoever in your group needs a little breathing room.

There’s a gym, tennis courts, yoga pavilion, hiking trails all within the community if you want them. But between the pool and the views and the general atmosphere of the place, most people don’t wander too far.

WiFi works, AC works, there’s laundry, optional maid service, security at the gate around the clock. The stuff that needs to work, works. The rest kind of takes care of itself.
