This luxury villa rental is perfect for your next getaway in Costa Rica. It is an expansive property that includes 9 bedrooms and 9.5 baths which is great for weddings or large groups. It is actually on an estate that combines 2 houses that share the private common pool. Situated on the Northern edge hillside in Tamarindo, Costa Rica, it is one of the largest Tamarindo vacation rental in the immediate surrounding area and can accommodate up to 24 guests at the one time.

The one on the left with the garage below has 5 bedrooms, one of which is the master suite. All these bedrooms have King-sized beds. The master suite includes a private kitchenette/dining area, pull out couch and its own private entrance. A second pullout is also accessible in one the large bedrooms located on the second floor. All three levels have spacious balcony areas and from the upper levels you can see the great Tamarindo bay, Playa Grande and estuary between the two world famous beaches.

The kitchen is well furnished with stainless steel appliances and counters made from granite. There is a laundry area that has a washer and dryer. The garage has the capacity to fit 3 vehicles.

The right hand-side complex includes 4 bedrooms and the top floor is set aside for the master suite that includes a king bed, Jacuzzi tub and living furniture. The second floor is where you will find the remaining three bedrooms and they include queen-size beds with one of the rooms including a sleeper sofa too. Behind this structure you will find additional parking and a private entrance.

A tropical forest surrounds the back perimeter of this luxury property and is a great backdrop for the nature that Costa Rica has to offer. This tropical forest attracts monkeys, various species of birds and iguanas that will keep any child or nature lover happy.

Located at the end of a street, there is plenty of privacy as you are away from any street traffic. Less than 5 minutes drive to the beach and downtown Tamarindo or about a casual 15 minute walk.
