• Playa Hermosa – Raw, natural, and less crowded. Bigger waves, big sky. This is a great spot to disconnect and marvel at the incredible pro surfers.
  
• Isla Tortuga – This stunning paradise is reached by boat on a really fun day trip. White sand, turquoise water, and activities including snorkeling and banana boat rides. Lunch is served on the beach and this actually used to be a pirate ship hangout.
  

Most people stick to the main stretch in Jaco and never explore these… but trust us, they’re worth the detour. And we’ll help you get there without a hitch.

Wildlife and Nature—Right at Your Doorstep

Jaco’s a great town with lots to do—but what really blows people away is the fact there is incredible biodiversity within walking distance. You don’t necessarily need to head deep into the jungle to experience this. There are local hikes with stunning views of the whole Jaco bay.
