Beach House by Playa Langosta

Our luxurious beach house is perfect for you! It’s right by Playa Langosta beach but still close to Tamarindo when you want restaurants and shopping. This large beach house or villa, is perfect for a big family or a group of your close friends.

The house is big – 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and 6,000 square feet. You drive up to a nice courtyard with a fountain, then step inside to find:

On the first floor:

• Den with a wet bar
• Big kitchen with everything you need
• One bedroom

Up the spiral staircase

• Master bedroom with private bathroom and ocean-view balcony
• Another bedroom that opens to the same balcony
• Kid-friendly room with two sets of bunk beds

Living and entertaining in style

Head downstairs to a big living room with TV, stereo, and DVD player that opens right up to the pool area. The infinity pool is amazing – it looks like it flows right into the ocean! It has built-in seats, a shallow end for kids, and even a spa area.

And the beach? It’s literally just steps away from the pool.

We’ve got tons of space for everybody – our main house easily fits 12 people without feeling crowded. Plus there’s a separate guest house with its own bedroom, kitchen, AC and TV if someone wants their own little retreat. Want to really feel like you’re on vacation?
