The first floor is spacious and has been created in an open floor plan. There is air-conditioning and marble floors that keep the villa feeling cool and refreshed throughout the day. There is a slightly sunken living room that has been carefully decorated with comfortable lounges, a coffee table made from wood and leather chairs. It also includes luxury entertainment amenities such as satellite TV, DVD player and a Bose surround sound system that has been installed throughout the first level and poolside. This vacation rental houses a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with industrial-sized stainless steel appliances. These include a dishwasher, refrigerator, six burner stove and a cold water dispenser. This villa for rent includes a full-time chef that plans, shops and cooks gourmet meals for your rental party three times a day, Monday through Saturday (the cost of food is additional).

Located throughout this vacation villa are 5 fully air-conditioned bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms are master suites and feature numerous luxurious amenities. Every bedroom includes spacious closets, private bathrooms, and either patio access (lower level bedroom) or an ocean view with a balcony. One of the bedrooms is located on the top level and has direct access to the observation deck on the rooftop.

One of the master bedroom suites is located on the lower floor and includes a spacious sitting area, king size bed and lounge chair. The bathroom en suite is made from marble, has a large closet, his-and-her sinks, separate toilet and bidet, and shower that incorporates stunning ocean views. There is also direct access to the pool from this bathroom.

The second level of this vacation villa is furnished with the remaining three master bedrooms. One of the master suites is furnished with a four-poster king bed and includes a sitting area with leather lounge. The bathroom has Taleverra his-and-her sinks, toilet and bidet, and shower with ocean views. This room also has direct access to the ocean view balcony that is also furnished with comfortable seating and hammocks. Another second level bedroom has a queen bed, bathroom with dual sinks, toilet and ocean views. This bedroom has access to a shared ocean view balcony and separate jungle view balcony. The other second level bedroom also has a spacious sitting area with lounge; king size bed and private bathroom. The bathroom includes toilet, his-and-her sinks and a shower with ocean views. This bedroom also opens up onto two balconies.

Upon arriving on the third floor you will gain access to the stunning rooftop deck, fifth bedroom and another full bathroom. The fifth bedroom has private access to the observation deck and is very secluded and private.

The rooftop of this vacation rental gives you panoramic views of Soliman Bay and its tropical surroundings. Your views vary between the ocean, bay and tropical jungle. The rooftop deck is furnished with built-in seating, lounges and a covered wet bar with sink and fridge. This stunning location is the focal point of the entire villa where you can enjoy refreshing drinks as you admire the sunrise, sunsets and even the night stars.

The poolside entertaining area is another relaxing location within this private rental. The custom-made infinity edge pool has an aqueduct fall that trickles over into it. Surrounding this area is a stone wall, gorgeous gardens and immaculate landscaping that will make you feel like you’re living a dream. The lounge chairs situated around the pool can accommodate 10 guests. There is also a covered patio located near the pool that has a dining table, grill and a large amount of seating, including hammocks.

Outdoor luxury amenities include a bathhouse that has a separate shower and toilet and also an outdoor shower on the path towards the ocean.
