If you’ve been dreaming of waking up by the ocean, coffee in hand, toes in the sand before breakfast… this might be your spot. This cozy, air-conditioned villa sits right on the beach in Jaco / Costa Rica — not near it… on it. No busy roads, just soft sand and ocean breeze. Palm trees out front, a private pool out back, and nothing but open sky and ocean air in between. It’s peaceful here. The kind of place where time stretches out — in the best way.
Town is just a few minutes away on foot — maybe seven or so — where you’ll find cafes, surf shops, casual restaurants, and a little nightlife when the mood strikes. But back at the house? It’s calm. Quiet. The kind of quiet you don’t realize you’ve been needing until you get it.
The layout is simple — all on one level, with tile floors that stay cool underfoot and big sliding doors that open to the pool. Inside, there’s a spacious living area with soft couches and a smart TV. One of the sofas pulls out — perfect for kids or an extra guest. The AC keeps everything cool, but on breezy days, you might just slide the doors open and let the ocean breeze do the work.
Outside, you’ve got a hammock, a charcoal grill, loungers by the pool, and two outdoor dining tables under the trees. Easy spots to eat, read, nap… or do nothing at all at your gorgeous oceanfront hideaway.
The master suite has a king bed, smart TV, and its own bathroom with a jetted tub and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom also has a king bed, and the third has a full-size bed — both with their own private baths. There’s space for everyone to have their corner. No fuss. No lines for the shower after a day in the sun.
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is ready to go. You can cook, grill, or ask us about having a private chef stop by. High-speed Wi-Fi, VOIP phone, and daytime security add a bit of ease. The wooden doors are beautifully carved… just one of those little touches that reminds you you’re in Costa Rica.
Feel like getting out for a bit? The Jaco area has many options. You can take a surf lesson… ride horses on the beach… or head inland to hike to a hidden waterfall. There are jungle trails nearby too — and if you’re lucky, you might spot monkeys swinging through the trees or hear toucans calling in the canopy.
And when the sun starts to drop, the whole vibe in Jaco shifts. Music from open-air bars drifts into the streets… people gather for dinner, drinks, and a slow walk along the strip. Nothing too loud, nothing rushed. Just easygoing and fun — the kind of place where no one’s watching the clock.
