This is your luxury villa escape—tucked into a quiet corner of the Los Sueños Resort, surrounded by tropical plants, palms, and a whole lot of calm. It’s peaceful here. You’ll wake up to birds… maybe hear monkeys in the distance. But don’t worry, you’re not far from anything—the marina’s close, with restaurants and the beach club. The house itself feels private, but not cut off. Just right for families who want space, nature, and comfort without being too far from the action.
Inside feels bright and relaxed. Big windows let in the sun. Nothing cramped, nothing stuffy. There’s a full kitchen if you want to cook—or we can get a private chef to handle it all for you. The living room’s got comfy sofas… good for lounging, reading, or just doing nothing. The big glass doors slide open wide, and suddenly you’re outside. Pool’s right there. Jacuzzi, too—kind of hidden in the greenery. It all flows together really well. Some days you might not even feel like leaving. Swim, snack, nap… go with the flow.
Six bedrooms total. Sleeps 12. Plenty of room for everyone, but you won’t feel lost in it. One bedroom’s downstairs, great for anyone avoiding stairs. Upstairs, there are three more—each with its own bathroom. There’s a second living area up there too—perfect for the kids to hang out or for late-night talks. Then there are two extra bedrooms that are just off the main house… they share a bathroom and feel a little more private. Great if someone wants their own space. You can also rent just the four bedrooms in the main house—ideal for up to eight guests.
Good Wi-Fi. Smart TV. Filtered water—so no need to lug bottles from the store. There’s light housekeeping to keep things tidy, which helps. The whole place is clean, comfortable, and easygoing. Nothing over-the-top. Whether you’re a big group or just a few, the layout works well. Everyone gets room to relax.
Staying in the Los Sueños Resort gives you access to all the good stuff—golf, tennis, beach club, restaurants… all within easy reach. And if maybe you’re feeling adventurous during your stay, Jaco’s just down the road. The waves at Jaco beach are great for beginner surfers. Other adventures in the area include ATV adventure, ziplining, and waterfall tours. We can help set it all up. At night, Jaco / Costa Rica has a fun vibe—casual dining, great drinks, maybe even some dancing if the mood’s right. Then you come back to your quiet little hideaway and call it a day.
This place really does feel like home… just with more sunshine, more green, and a lot more freedom to do absolutely nothing.
