Positioned strategically facing a long stretch of palm-fringed beach with cinnamon-colored sand, this luxury family vacation villa is perfect for year-round swimming and surfing in the invitingly warm waters. You can take advantage of the two short surfboards provided during your stay.

Crafted by the esteemed Costa Rican architectural studio Alianz, the villa draws inspiration from the vibrant hues of the local landscape. • Private Pool

The private infinity pool, measuring 3.60 meters wide by 6.00 meters long and 1.50 meters deep, beckons for refreshing dips on sunny days, with built-in steps facilitating easy entry. The stretch of lawn between the pool and the sandy beach is an ideal space for outdoor activities, including volleyball with the provided net.

Accommodating up to eight people comfortably, this beachfront villa boasts four spacious bedrooms, each with its ensuite bathroom. The ground floor’s open design encompasses a well-equipped kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances, a dining room, and a living room, creating an inviting space for social gatherings.

The master suite on the ground floor features a king bed, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with double sinks. Large glass sliding doors open the room onto a beachfront terrace, offering captivating views of the ocean and sand.

On the second floor, three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms open onto a balcony with beach views. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, while the third has two twin beds.

• Dining and nightlife

Numerous dining options are within walking distance or a short drive, with even more choices available within a 20-minute car ride, or you could just stay at home and enjoy our private chef services.

Housekeeping services are provided twice weekly upon request. Security is ensured through a sturdy front door with an electronic lock, glass doors with key locks, an available safe box, and an easily operable outdoor alarm system with a remote control.
